Specialist Course - Sugar Art (Level 2)

New Intake of Specialist Course - Sugar Art (Level 2)!

Sugar Art only appear at more solemn or larger events such as weddings, receptions and celebrations which will have many type of cakes, cookies and dessert to supply.

The sugar art will place between these food as a decoration and to make the overall look harmonious.

In addition, the sugar will light up the ambiance of event.

Sugar art can attract more people to pay attention and feel surprise of it if compare to old-style decoration items. 

Skill learned in Level 2 is more difficult if compare to Level 1. 

You are welcome to join our class to continues explore the beauty of Sugar Art.

糖艺是在较隆重或较大型的活动上才出现,例如婚礼、酒会、庆祝会时,都会定制各式蛋糕或饼干、甜点,而糖艺作品就会摆放在这些食品之中,让整体看起来一致且和谐。 

除此之外,还能令整个会场生色不少,多了一份隆而重之的光环。 

比起旧式摆设品,糖艺的创作变化更多样化,引起更多人的注意及惊叹。 

Level 2所教导的技术比起Level 1的来得深和难。
